Baytown Housing Authority (BHA) has numerous and ongoing Procurement opportunities for providers of various services and products. We strive for a fair, efficient, and open procurement opportunity process. If you are a supplier of products, goods, and/or services, BHA may have opportunities for you and your firm.

All Invitations for Bids (IFBs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and all procurement actions are subject to BHA's procurement policies and federal guidelines. BHA encourages the participation of Section 3 Procurements, Minority Procurement Enterprises, and Women Procurement Enterprises in response to available contracts.
